Deposit and withdrawal methods

Fund your account with the payment methods you already use in Australia, and withdraw the same way. Every method below is free from our side, with processing times stated plainly.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawals go to methods in your own name, ideally the ones you deposited with. Times below start once our internal checks are complete; bank cut-offs, weekends and public holidays extend them.

Payment method Type Fee Processing time
PayPal Digital wallet Free Within 24 hours
Visa Debit or credit card Free 1–5 business days
Mastercard Debit or credit card Free 1–5 business days
Bank transfer Bank transfer Free 1–3 business days

PayPal withdrawals usually reach your account within 24 hours of approval and can then be moved to your bank or spent directly. Card returns depend on your issuer's processing: the funds leave us promptly, and your bank posts them in one to five business days. Bank transfers arrive within one to three business days, with the BSB and account number you verified in your profile.

Deposit methods

Deposits are free and usually instant. The first deposit also completes your account activation, and identity verification under the AML / KYC policy runs alongside it.

Payment method Type Fee Processing time
Visa Debit or credit card Free Instant
Mastercard Debit or credit card Free Instant
PayPal Digital wallet Free Instant
Bank transfer (PayID/Osko) Bank transfer Free Instant
Apple Pay Mobile wallet Free Instant
Google Pay Mobile wallet Free Instant

PayID and Osko transfers use the fast Australian payment rails: most deposits arrive in under a minute once your bank confirms. Visa and Mastercard deposits may occasionally prompt an extra security check from your bank, such as a code in your banking app, and complete immediately after approval. Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits use the card stored in your device wallet, with the same instant processing.

Notes that save questions later

Deposits must come from accounts and cards in your own name, matching your verified identity, because payments from third parties cannot be accepted under our anti-money-laundering obligations. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, note the reference and contact [email protected]; most delayed deposits trace to a bank's own review rather than to us. For withdrawals, keep your payment details current and double-check each field: a wrong BSB or card number sends money on a slow round trip you would rather avoid.

A few timing facts are worth knowing in advance. "Instant" means the payment is confirmed within moments of authorisation, though your bank's app may take a few minutes to refresh the balance. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays, and a request approved late on Friday afternoon begins its banking journey on the next business day. Cancellation is possible from your transaction list while a withdrawal is still pending, which is the moment to fix any mistake you notice.

Security checks accompany money movement by design: the first withdrawal and every withdrawal to a newly added method pass identity re-verification, and unusual patterns can prompt a request for information before funds are released. These controls protect your balance from anyone who might obtain your password alone.

The Withdrawal policy explains the full rules around limits, verification checks, cancellations and holds, and the Fees & pricing page covers every cost table in one place.
