Fraud warning

Our company takes every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names similar to ours, without permission. This can create confusion and spread false information about our company and its services, so we publish this notice and keep it updated.

Why this notice exists

Fraudsters imitate brands that consumers trust, because trust transfers faster than scepticism. A cloned website can copy our colours, our logo and our text within hours, and a caller can claim any name they like. Publishing the patterns, the domains and the contact channels that are genuinely ours gives you something concrete to check against, which is the only defence that works consistently.

We are aware of cases where our name and the personal details of individuals have been misused for fraudulent purposes that we can neither influence nor control. While we sincerely regret the losses suffered by anyone affected, the company is not liable for fraudulent operations carried out in our name by third parties.

Clone companies

A clone company presents itself as a legitimate firm using copied branding, altered contact details and sometimes fabricated registration references. If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo, do not share any personal information with them and notify us immediately by email at [email protected].

We work continuously to identify clone operations, and we emphasise that some may remain unidentified for a period of time. Customers should always verify the legitimacy of any company they interact with online, before sharing personal data or beginning any business relationship.

How to verify you are dealing with us

Check the domain

Our pages are served from sabiotrade-ai.com. Look-alike domains with extra words, hyphens or different endings are not ours.

Check the sender

Official email comes from our support address. Free-mail accounts and addresses at other domains are not us.

We never ask for secrets

No genuine representative will ask for your password, a verification code or remote access to your device. Ever.

Verify unexpected calls

If a call surprises you, end it and reach us through the contact details on this site. Real staff will not mind.

Common patterns worth knowing

Pressure is the signature of most scams: urgent deadlines, offers that expire within the hour, demands for secrecy, or insistence on unusual payment routes. Legitimate financial services operate on documents and records, which means patience is normal and questions are welcome. An approach that combines great returns with great hurry is fraud wearing a familiar logo, whoever's logo it is.

If you think you have been targeted

Stop sharing information, end the contact, and write to us with what happened: addresses used, names given, and any payments made. If you have an account with us and shared any of its details, change your password immediately, end unfamiliar sessions from your profile, and follow the incident steps on the Security page. For suspected fraud that does not involve our platform, Scamwatch, run by the ACCC, is the national reporting point for Australian consumers, and your bank should be told at once if money has moved.

Reports help more than you expect: patterns from user reports are how clone operations get identified and taken down, sometimes weeks before they would otherwise have been noticed. The Complaints procedure remains available for matters about our own service, distinct from fraud committed by others.
