Regulation
SabioTrade operates within the Australian regulatory framework governing services related to digital assets and other financial assets, including applicable federal requirements for client onboarding, identity verification, complaint handling and the technological activities of the platform.
Registration and regulatory oversight in Australia
| Jurisdiction | Regulator | Registration / regulatory basis |

| Australia, external dispute resolution | AFCA | Complies with the applicable Australian requirements for consumer complaint escalation; unresolved consumer complaints may be taken to external dispute resolution via AFCA. |
Transparency in regulatory matters
SabioTrade maintains the registrations, permissions and compliance procedures required for the services it provides in each relevant jurisdiction, and confirms registration details with the relevant provider on request. Regulatory alignment operates alongside the platform's own commitments: verification of users under the AML / KYC policy, protection of accounts as described on the Security page, and a formal Complaints procedure with defined timelines.
Regulation does not exclude investment risk and does not promise profit. Digital assets and other financial instruments are subject to market volatility and the other risks described in the Risk disclosure, and those risks apply to every account regardless of the framework above.
